X Learning K9s, LLC is a small Northern Utah's home-like dog training facility, located in Davis County. Our close proximity to Salt Lake, Weber-Morgan County, Cache Valley and the I-15 & US 89 make us an easy and convenient place for people and their canine companions. We are Pet Tech CPR and First Aid certified, licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

We can exercise dogs inside when the weather is less than ideal, with electric dog treadmills.
If your dog does not know how to use a treadmill we can teach him/her to do so. We also use different equipment to work on rear end awareness and building core strength (peanut balls, Klimbs, K9 Fit Bones inflatable disks, steps etc) upon request.
Dogs are kept in safe crates or kennels when not working. Kuranda raised PVC beds are available to them.
A soft mat is provided, on top of the bed. Water is provided through stainless steel pails or bowls. We offer Nylabones or Goughnuts to all boarding dogs. Owners can bring a favorite chewy , as long as it is heavy duty and safe. Please inquire for raw bones and raw meals feeding.
Large dog kennels are used for outside when appropriate. No dog is kept in outdoor kennels overnight or for a prolonged amount of time during the day.
Outdoor kennels are also used to safely separate dogs when chewing on bones or simply enjoy the fresh air while sunbathing.
Dogs can also spend their downtime in crates, monitored through the day. Dogs that suffer from serious separation anxiety (clinical) stay nearby, while we work on behavior change protocols.
If they are on medications or have hurt themselves before, please let us know so we can keep on top of it.
Board and Train or Boarding only dogs have access to a yard with pond, where they can run around and interact with each other when safe to do so.
There are two separated yards, so everyone can get time outside without having to come in close contact. We take safety seriously.
Our detection privates start in a small room with safe flooring where we keep out PVC tubes, paint cans, PVC pipes, bricks, boxes, 2x2s, containers of different materials etc.
We keep our floor disinfected and cleaned before and after each search.
